As we begin the loan process, I will ask you to provide
detailed information about yourself, including your
income and current debts. Also I like to find out how
large a loan you are seeking as well as what you can
afford to pay each month. To help you determine what
you can afford, we've provided a simple Mortgage
Loan Repayment Calculator for your convenience.
Once we have your information in hand, we can begin
to explore which type of loan may be best for you.

me to set up a personal meeting.

2.
Provide the necessary documentation
Once we have determined the loan amount for which you
qualify, it will be necessary for you to provide the
documentation that we will need in order to complete
the loan process. For a list of the types of documentation

3. Close on your loan
After all your documentation is processed, title insurance
is ordered and a final review of all approval contingencies
or conditions are checked. If the funding bank has all
of the information they need and you are approved, we
schedule a date to close on the loan. At the closing,
you will be "funded" the loan with a cashier's
check, draft or wire transfer in exchange for the title
to the property. This is the point when your hard work
with me is done and it's time for you to relax and smile! |
